Julie Tilley is the Founder and CEO Principal of Encompass Accountants, a client focussed consulting firm located in the lush landscape of Lower Plenty in Victoria. After a career spent in both CBD and suburban accounting firms, Julie is most passionate about her work with small business owners, entrepreneurs and everyday mums and dads, helping them to plan a lifestyle that supports their future.
Her expertise spans across taxation and superannuation consulting, business strategy, start-ups, structuring, acquisitions, dissolutions, asset protection and risk diversification. Julie is praised for her people-first philosophy and her ability to relate with her clients is evident from the first consultation.
